Originally from Lonoke, Arkansas, Mr. Parker has backgrounds in engineering, business and agriculture. Mr. Parker resides in Fayetteville and serves clients throughout the State of Arkansas. His legal practice primarily focuses on contracts, business organizations, mergers, acquisitions, intellectual property, civil litigation and federal criminal defense.
Mr. Moore is from Bennettsville, South Carolina and moved to Arkansas in 2002 to study law at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He joined Westark Law in 2010 after completing a career in public service for Benton County, Arkansas. His practice primarily focuses on criminal law, and he handles felony and misdemeanor charges before district, circuit and federal courts in Arkansas. Mr. Moore previously worked as a prosecuting attorney in Benton County with success in felony and misdemeanor cases as well as managing the Benton County Drug Court program.
Mr. Zaharopoulos is from Paragould, Arkansas and joined Westark Law in 2009. His practice primarily focuses on family law and elder law, including guardianships, estate planning and probate matters. Mr. Zaharopoulos has experience in several areas of law, including work on complex commercial litigation matters, construction disputes, and real estate transactions.

Ms. Collins is originally from Chicago, Illinois and joined Westark Law in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. She has worked in the legal field since 2009 and prior to that was in human resource services. Ms. Collins is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys providing interpretation services so that Westark Law can service the legal needs of the Hispanic community.
